A Middle East sovereign wealth fund was in the process of acquiring a high profile asset in the city of London. Olton was contracted to identify any wider risks to the acquisition at a politically sensitive time. Our research identified three previously unknown areas of potential threat. The clients lobbyist were able to develop and deploy well informed engagement strategies to mitigate the risks. The transaction took place with the minimum of media interest, none of which was negative towards our client.
